GTN'S Sustainable Products of 2012 Competition:

GreenThinkerNetwork.com announces our second annual competition, Sustainability 2012. We're seeking the best sustainable products in the marketplace.

The goal is to raise awareness of alternative methods of construction.

Green Thinker Network invites you to enter your sustainable product to compete against other green building products in this competition. Our ultimate goal is making sure that more architects, designers, contractors as well consumers get to know about your green products.

Products will be judged on their merits according to below criteria:

• Post-consumer content
• Recycled content
• Third party certifications
• LEED Points
• Life cycle, energy efficiency studies
• Renewable Energy production, usage 

At GTN, our sole purpose is to promote a greener tomorrow. We do not buy or sell products and we do not intend to make a profit from the competition. Our aim is working towards 0 carbon emission.

How:

All entered products must have documentation demonstrating how they are green, including at least one or more of the following areas: 

• Post-consumer content
• Recycled content
• Third party certifications
• LEED Points
• Life cycle, energy efficiency studies
• Renewable Energy production, usage

Products not included in GTN's catalogue will not be considered. To enter, simply call us at 704-332-8383 to schedule an application meeting.
We will start our voting process on March, 14th, 2012 and announce the winner(s) in late April, 2012. We will allow the general public to select the winners through voting:

Award:

Competition winners will receive promotion and publicity for their award winning product, including a special display on the greenthinkernetwork.com home page, mentioned in our Talk Green blog, and highlighted in our online newsletter. The prize has no cash value.


Terms and Conditions:

1.To enter competition, the product must be a represented product of GTN.
2. All participant products in the competition which submit all required data will be published on the website according to our Terms and Conditions posted online.
3. Documentation that demonstrates the "greenness" of your product is required to be entered into the competition, in any of the following areas: post-consumer content, recycled content, third party certifications, LEED points, life cycle studies or energy savings.
4. Voting will commence on March 14th, 2012 and run through April 15th, 2012. Voting will take place on greenthinkernetwork.com.
5. GTN will not participate in selecting the best product, however we will become the tool for the North American audience to review and select according to their wishes.
6. Winner(s) will be announced on April 30th!
7. GTN will make the voting processing period available for review.
8. GTN will publish the winner on our home page until December 31st, 2012, among other venues used to promote the competition and its winning products.
