Since 1994, Centrotherm has been manufacturing the InnoFlue® brand of polyproyplene flue gas venting. InnoFlue® is the most comprehensive line of polypropylene flue gas systems in the industry including  Single Wall Commercial, Flex and Concentric vent solutions. InnoFlue® is made from environmentally friendly polypropylene. Although we manufacture from virgin material (to assure the quality of our product), our product is 100% recyclable. Of the over 479 million pounds of post consumer non-bottle rigid plastic that was recycled in 2009, 27% of the recycled total was polypropylene compared to only 1% PVC that was recycled.

LEED points are maintained because our system is put together with gaskets, eliminating the need for Primers and Glues that contain high levels of VOC's. Also, any waste is recyclable as opposed to PVC which is replaced. LEED points are gained because it is an innovative product that has a small carbon footprint and replaces a highly toxic environmentally hazardous material of PVC. InnoFlue® has a long life cycle, still in use after 20 years in operation.
