BioPlastic Solutions, LLC. has developed a proprietary Biobased material (BioBest®) for the extrusion of durable products for the furniture and building industries.
Sustainable: made from annually renewable American domestic agricultural corn product PLA or Poly Lactic Acid. PLA is a nature-based resin making it natural fit for eco-friendly building. NFA, HAPS & VOC's: BioBest® products contain no PVC resin, no formaldehyde added, not known to emit harmful VOC's or generate any hazardous air pollutants in manufacturing or product application. Carbon Content: BioBest® material's Biobased carbon content is over 80%, independently tested ASTM D6866 standard.
Cradle to Grave: Products are made from BioBest® material are recyclable and compostable. We offer our proprietary bio-copolymer, an alternative to extrusion grade petroleum based resins. Marketed under our BioBest trademark, BioBestTM biopolymer provides for a "green friendly" option for many applications. .
