Increasing hub heights is the right path to higher wind speeds and converting marginal sites into productive investments. With a base height of anywhere from 30 to 40 meters, the Atlas CTB elevates a conventional 70 to 100 meter mono-tower to a height of more than 110 meters.

The large-footprint base is composed of multiple pre-cast staves that are erected and then stabilized by a concrete transition. Pre-cast concrete is made of natural and recycled materials, creating a much smaller carbon footprint when compared to steel.

These staves are easily transported by truck or rail and are erected using conventional cranes. The load-distributing footprint requires nothing more than a simple ring foundation with a depth of one meter or less with zero uplift.
