Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects is committed to sustainability principles that promote responsible design decisions and sound business strategies for our clients. We currently have 21 projects that are LEED certified or LEED registered. Our LEED projects include Elleven and Luma in downtown Los Angeles, the first and second LEED Gold Condominiums in California; and the Eliot Condominiums in Portland, the first LEED ND (Neighborhood Development) certified project in the country.

AMAA is a member of the US Green Building Council and a Sustaining Member of the Natural Step. In addition to minimizing our carbon footprint through company conservation measures such as a Hybrid company car and renovating our office to LEED EB standards, we recently became carbon neutral through the purchase of carbon offsets.
