Our work includes a wide variety

of projects for both private and public sector clients. The firm's roots can be traced back to a private practice formed in 1952 by Wallace "Mac" Ruff, a renowned landscape architecture professor at the University of Oregon. Over the past five decades, the firm has gone through a handful of carefully managed transitions. Today, the partnership is under the direction of Brian McCarthy, Larry Gilbert, and Matthew Scheibe. The firm is a member of the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) and 2 members are LEED Accredited Professionals.
