We have received quite a few e-mails about our latest newsletter. Thank you for taking the time to tell us how you feel. We welcome all opinions here, whether you agree with us or not. We are featuring a few messages here to show the range of response. Please continue to read and think about our newsletter and our environment. & Hello, I've been receiving your newletter for several months, always good to see another voice for values that I have promoted for a long time. Today's issue generated a reaction that I want to share with the organization, and this is the "contact" address. Responding to the climate imperitive, my long-standing work with green building has evolved into a focus on carbon reduction through high performance building. I see the question you pose often, but I would hope, by now, "green thinkers" would not be led into the academic debate trap. The question you pose has no answer: I realize that many organizations take a softer path, to avoid stepping on supporter toes. But, as "green thinkers", I believe you should stop soft-pedaling, stop trying to answer a rhetorical question, and skip the suggestion that the anthropogenic question is also in need of an answer: I hope to see more about this critical issue in a future issue. Please keep these thoughts in mind, as you put that one together. Thanks, Rick B. - Builder - Oregon & Any doubt about Global Climate change is stupid! We do know for sure. Your opening line about "global warming, El Nino or global cooling, we don't know for sure" is an insult. You are obviously not qualified to call yourself a thinker. Hal S. - Solar Industry - California & With all due respect to the scholars whose diligence into the matter of "Strange Weather Patterns in 2012" appears to be an unfortunate cursory response yielding a predetermined conclusion. Your advocacy of "Green" sustainable solutions would be better served in other alternative ways such as the economic, and lifestyle benefits of green technology. If an articled titled "Strange Weather Patterns in 2012" is asserted to be the smoking gun for global warming than the opposition can easily offer an article titled "strange weather patterns in 2011" to document that years extreme winter experienced across the country. Please keep in mind that weather is effected by exterior forces of the cosmos rather than simply interior forces documented in your article. For instance, 2012 & 2013 are the period of Solar Maxima where the sun experiences violent eruptions of solar activity relative to the eleven year cycle of the internal magnetic forces. I kindly ask you to please remember your audience in future correspondence Joe R. - LEED AP - Texas & Please, no more BS! Remove me from your propaganda nonsense. Poor bear............tsk tsk. Gerald T. - Architect - Texas & I absolutely AGREE! My company is "Green" since the product is 'carbon Negative' and also "hardens" a home or building from breach by Hail, Windborne Debris from Hurricane and Tornadoes, and Solar Heat... Keep up the vital work! Michael F. - Glass Manufacturer - Texas
